As a general context this is a term used by men in a negative way to inflict a negative impact, less likely by women and when women use it it’s mostly in the company of a man for her own personal reasons or again inflicted by a man since i found out during my adult sex work years women find room to admire women when there are no personal beefs or men in equation.
